TT 426 Double Head Cutting Machine (Ø:650 mm)

                            
TT 426 Double Head Cutting Machine can easily cut Aluminum profiles
with 2 saws in 650 mm diameter and works with
the “undercut” principle, adjustable saw output speed. The cutting of pieces up
to 6000mm in length can be done automatically. 7500mm and 4500 mm are optional. It has a specially designed
strong construction for cutting quality, length and angle precision. TT 426
Double Head Cutting Machine with saws working in “undercut” position, can be
tilted (Tilt) and Saw Tables (Pivot) can be rotated for cutting industrial and
facade profiles with high capability at different angles. In this way, high and
wide profiles can be easily cut as desired. With the undercut saw position, the
system can be used more radius and offers a very large cutting area. TT 426 Double
Head Cutting Machine enables cutting of internal and external angles with a
wide angle range from 22.5 ° to 137.5 °and automatically positions 45 ° and 90
° angles in both tilt and pivot angles. 
 
All other
intermediate angles can be easily adjusted manually by the operator. Thanks to
the digital indicators on both cutting heads, intermediate angles can be
adjusted with 0.1mm precision. At the same time, with the 5-axle version, labor
times can be minimized by allowing all intermediate angles to be entered from
the control panel. While the cutting head on the left side is fixed, the
cutting head on the right is automatically moved according to the length of the
profile to be cut. The movable head is automatically moved to the desired
position, based on the size entered by the operator on the touch screen and
fixed pneumatically. When cutting long profiles, 2 profile support mechanisms
that work simultaneously with the movement of the moving head prevent
deflections on the profiles when the heads are opened and provide accurate and
precise cutting. Profile support conveyor on the moving head keeps the profile
to be cut in balance. The number, length dimensions, angles and numbers of the
piece to be cut can be entered manually on the touch screen, and can also be
prepared in advance, sent to the cutting machine simultaneously by USB or
remote connection. In case cutting is interrupted or switched between cutting
lists, the machine can automatically continue cutting from where it left off.
In TT 426 Double Head Cutting Machine, the profile is fixed in the best way
with both vertical and horizontal pneumatic compression pistons and the cutting
result is obtained with minimum tolerance. Thanks to the horizontal pneumatic
clamping pistons, more than one profile can be fixed at the same time. The profile
lifting system in the TT 426 Double Head Cutting Machine prevents the profile
surface scratches that may occur during the automatic rotation of the heads.
Thanks to the "Hydropneumatic Saw Feeding System" designed for
cutting aluminum profiles, the profiles can be cut in the most precise way with
minimum tolerance in desired dimensions. Automatic lubrication of the saw
during the cutting process ensures the protection and longer life of the saw.
It has an "Automatic Corner Chock Cutting System" for cutting
aluminum wedge profiles with the same precision and standard thickness. Thanks
to the control panel designed in accordance with the CE regulation, which enforces
two-hand use, it is ensured that work accidents that may occur during cutting
are prevented and a maximum safe working environment is created during cutting.
By adding an optional "Barcode Printer System" (AK 003) to the TT 430
Double Headed Cutting Machine, all cut profiles can be followed up in the
factory. An optional "Dust Extraction Unit" (ES 024) can be added to
the machine in order to minimize the profile chips generated after cutting and
to facilitate cleaning. According to the options to be determined according to
the project, the chassis length can be optionally increased and the maximum
profile cutting length can be increased to 7500mm.
